Bude branch - Highly recommend

The staff in the Bude branch are very friendly and welcoming. Their kitchen designer Yaz designed us a beautiful kitchen, she listened to everything we asked for and was really helpful and creative with her ideas. She was always available to discuss the project and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We love the quality and design of the finished product. Highly recommend.

Absolutely atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service. All started well until the kitchen was partially delivered stating that i didnt order it on time which delayed my kitchen fit by an extra week. I ordered it on the date they told me to order it by Then it didnt even measure up properly and my kitchen is now different than planned. When i raised my concerns via email the manager sent a snotty email back said tried saying there was a communication error (acting as if it was on my part) and totally would not listen to my concerns. Then trying to pay was an issue. They then ignored my requests to send me the final bill and would only send it to the person who fitted the kitchen claiming GDPR! Honestly i wouldnt recommend to anyone to buy from here. I even think giving 1 star is pushing it.
