Exceptional service with a smile at Howdens!

Howdens, and in particular Salim, could not have been more helpful! Salim took us step-by-step through the design process for 2 kitchens, demonstrating total patience when we struggled to make decisions or when we changed our minds (on several occasions!). The products are of superb quality and value. I've already had multiple compliments and we haven't even fully finished building yet! I am so grateful for the incredible service and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen

Howdens have been fantastic…

Howdens have been fantastic in helping us to put together our dream kitchen and all within our budget. Where we were stuck for ideas or struggled to make a decision, they presented solutions to help us. It’s been simple and easy all throughout. Salem has been fantastic and so patient with our indecisiveness!

No happy with manager not getting back…

No happy with manager not getting back to me over my account. My client bought a kitchen through West Byfleet, and now I have balance which is not mine on my account I could be Credit after this purchase of £1000. Not in debt. Not happy

Great service from the A team (Stuart & Jesse) who fitted our kitchen countertops yesterday! Helpful advice & really went the extra mile. They are truly masters of their craft and our surfaces look fantastic. Thanks to Dan for coordinating things and his help throughout ordering etc too.

Terrible experience: wrong quality, measurements, deliveries, etc etc etc

I had a terrible experience with your Elmbridge range this year and the company has let me deal with all problems with the helpless local branch while Howdens were the ones who supplied bad quality doors. Did not even get a note from Head Office let alone compensation while I was told that the company’s CEO was made aware and the branch manager states head office did not indemnify him for returned stock of bad quality doors. I was left with an experience of bad quality, bad service, bad customer management and no compensation for major delays and paint repairs I eventually had to do myself. Really sad… if anyone at Howdens is interested, please reply…

I went to Howdens Weybridge and had the pleasure of meeting Jo. She did a site visit (not offered by competitors) and measured up my kitchen. She did a fantastic CAD of the cupboards which was so accurate to the end result. I absolutely love the kitchen - it is stunning with real WOW factor! Would definitely recommend 100% and make sure you ask for Jo!
