Setting Up A New Account

I just set up an acount with my local Howdens (Byfleet branch) and the whole process was so smooth. Raj explained everything in simple terms and made me feel very welcome. Talking of welcome, the whole team at the Byfleet branch are a friendly and helpful bunch and I look forward to visiting more often in the future.

Setting up a trade account as a new company

Setting up a trade account as a new company can be stressful and confusing. We were visited by Mike, who is the most helpful building trade company liaison I’ve encountered so far. He skilfully and kindly answered all my questions and helped me to understand exactly how things worked. He rescheduled an appointment without complaint and it’s such a refreshing change to deal with a positive and cheerful person after so many grumpy or disinterested people. Howdens themselves need no review, being the gold standard in the trade, but I wanted to make sure that this particular employee is recognised for doing such an amazing job with a company who is just starting out. Well done, Howdens!

Exceptional service with a smile at Howdens!

Howdens, and in particular Salim, could not have been more helpful! Salim took us step-by-step through the design process for 2 kitchens, demonstrating total patience when we struggled to make decisions or when we changed our minds (on several occasions!). The products are of superb quality and value. I've already had multiple compliments and we haven't even fully finished building yet! I am so grateful for the incredible service and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen

Howdens have been fantastic in helping us to put together our dream kitchen and all within our budget. No happy with manager not getting back…

No happy with manager not getting back to me over my account. My client bought a kitchen through West Byfleet, and now I have balance which is not mine on my account I could be Credit after this purchase of £1000. Not in debt. Not happy
