Howden have a wide range of quality products at good prices. The team are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From site visit to design and delivery it was very professional and prompt. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

Lamona Products

I had a kitchen from Howdens 8 months ago, the kitchen is great, issues were resolved and everyone in the store was great. The issue I have is the Lamona equipment they supply. I don't think it's really fit for purpose. cheap tat! Anyway... I have a gas hob that is always cleaned and maintained which has developed rust patches all over the face of the 'stainless' steel surface. Looks dreadfull. I rang Lamona once, Angela said I had the wrong number and transferred me to a random persons mobile phone number - they were not happy. Second time I rang, gentleman said ' nothing we can do, the item still works, it's cosmetic' ??!! The item is less that 8 months old and it looks dreadful in a nice kitchen and will only get worse! It sees when you leave trust pilot reviews, things get actioned!

Hassle free customer service

Hassle free customer service. It doesn't matter which branch you use, the experience is always helpful and friendly. I particularly like the Caerphilly branch because the staff make a point of being very helpful.
