Such an easy process

Molly was extremely helpful, designed me a lovely kitchen given I was on a tight budget. I was struggling to lock in a joiner however when I found one that had an immediate start as they needed a gap fill, Molly and the team worked extremely hard to get the kitchen stock to me on practically a days notice so I could take the offer. Couldn't ask for better service. Would highly recommend and use again!

Ordered a kitchen for my son’s rental property, very disappointed in it! Cheap and nasty! People say you only get what you pay for! But we paid quite a a lot ,won’t be using Howdens again! Customer service terrible

Company is riddled with incompetent…

Company is riddled with incompetent staff between Carlisle Branches. From there Managers, designers to floor staff it's an absolute lottery if you walk out with either a straight answer or a issue ressolved. As a business owner I recognised how they operate and how much damage they can do to small businesses in lost time, unhappy customers. I haven't touched them for years but unfortunately a customer asked me to install a kitchen from Currock Road Carlisle Howden's, all that come to light is they still operate the appoling attitude towards a customer trying to pick up the pieces once the sale is done. Time lost on the job ridiculous due to sloppy designer, customer's time lost going back and forward to Branch also. Howden's please give it up.!!
