Great team and determined help!

Nassy was incredibly helpful and determined to make our dream renovations into a reality. She had a really hands on approach with not just measuring but also ensuring the build was done correctly! Her knowledge and expertise was really noticeable during all our discussions and was really glad to have her on our side! The whole Howdens team at Charlton had great communication and really friendly and the quality of the material itself was also fantastic and high end. In fact, any issues with it, they were more than happy to replace parts to ensure the best possible outcome. Cannot recommend enough!

We used the Charlton Howdens for our…

We used the Charlton Howdens for our renovation in 2019 and again in 2025 to create a new kitchen, utility room and mudroom. The team were very helpful and made great use of some of our awkward corners. Georgina in particular caught a discrepancy at her site visit and was able to adjust our plans accordingly. Highly recommend and would use again if we had any spaces left!

Full Kitchen / Utility Room Refurbishment

From the moment we were introduced to Georgina Arnold from your Charlton store we had the most positive experience. We were recommended by several people to use Howdens and we ate so happy they we did. We weren't sure what type of kitchen we wanted/ colour or style. The guidance and help we received from Georgina was second to none. The plans she produced were sent to us within a day of her coming to our home to measure and discuss what it was we hoped to achieve with our full kitchen / utility room refurbishment. Georgina was really patient with us when we asked her to change certain things, we changed our minds a few times! She is so professional and approachable. responding to our queries within a very short time frame and worked around our schedule for meetings and delivery dates/times. She gave us really good advice and we never felt like we were given a sales pitch at any point. She listened to us and worked with the budget we gave her The quality of the kitchen and accessories are great and affordable. We are absolutely delighted with the end result of out new kitchen and separate utility room.

Georgina Arnold at the Charlton store…

Georgina Arnold at the Charlton store was outstanding. She gave us no end of ideas for planning out the kitchen and her final plans were exact and appreciated by us and the fitters. She was very patient and polite working with us through our many questions and changes of mind! She brought products to the house to show us what would look good…..nothing was too much trouble for her! The whole team at Charlton were excellent. Whenever Georgina was unavailable Steve (Georgina’s manager) stepped in. When we needed anything additional during fitting the store managed to get the items to us within a day. This is in stark contrast with the other big name organisations where you can wait weeks…..worth knowing this as a customer! Delivery was timely and the driver made every effort to store things in a way that helped the fitters. All very professional and the end product looks great!

I recently had my kitchen units completely renewed with Howdens, and Nassy at the Charlton branch was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She helped me from start to finish, designing everything with incredible precision and attention to detail. Her professionalism was top-notch – she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every measurement and choice was spot on. The end result is a kitchen I'm thrilled with, and it wouldn't have been possible without Nassy's expertise and patient guidance. The whole team at Charlton was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend Nassy and Howdens Charlton to anyone planning a kitchen project!

Mitcham howdens useless Being told at mitchammi howdens a sink…

Being told at mitcham howdens a sink would be there the next day for 12 pm When I go there after taking a customer s sink and worktopout howdens tell they can’t get it till the following week No call or message or nothing And at first they said they cannot refund the waste What the hell is the point of a waste without the sink Absolutely ridiculous
