Just bought 2 full kitchens and utility room - service was efficient and well communicated throughout - even sourced a storage facility as the development was not ready to take the kitchens at the time requested.

Not a very good experience in the…

Not a very good experience in the depot, I made a cup of tea with my own tea bag and left the depot to go to my van and I was rudely approached and asked if I was a customer.. I was at my van and clearly dressed as a builder.. No body else got asked if they were a customer and I found this very offensive. Like I said I had my own tea bags therefore it was only hot water I was using.. The manager also came out and did not apologize and was not agreeing with what I was saying.. I don’t know the member of staffs name but it was a lady who was short in height.

Kitchen Purchase From Howdens Charlton

I recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens Charlton. I chose the company as it seemed to score best on online reviews for durable, decent-quality units at decent prices - even with the price hikes nationwide. It also seemed to offer a good range of unit styles and colours, as well as products and accessories for a range of budgets & requirements. I wasn’t disappointed. The staff at the Charlton depot couldn’t have been more helpful - from the Depot Manager (Jason Banks), and Designer (Valentina) - who both visited to design the kitchen- to the Assistant Manager (Terri Slaughter, who dealt with a complicated order, as well as the driver (Peter), who was super-helpful with deliveries, and the depot ‘apprentices’ (Locklainn and Amarius, who were knowledgeable & helpful. All were highly-professional, super-helpful and accommodating, and lovely and friendly to deal with too. I am thrilled with the kitchen they have supplied, and with the whole experience in general, particularly during a stressful time dealing with illness. Thank you, Howdens Charlton!

Excellent customer services

Met Elliot outside Screwfix, very approachable, professional yet friendly person. Explained the benefits of opening account at Howden and made the process so simple that I opened my account straight away. Never seen such a dedicated manager before and the whole team at branch is so friendly. Highly recommended this branch.
