Amazing from start to finish

We recently had our kitchen designed through Howdens Cheadle, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Nathan, Dave and the team were absolutely amazing. The design service was brilliant — Dave really listened to what we wanted and helped create a kitchen that not only looks incredible but is also practical for everyday use. The choice of products was excellent, with plenty of styles, finishes, and options to suit different tastes and budgets. What really stood out was the communication throughout the whole process. Nathan, and the team kept us informed at every stage and were always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Howdens Cheadle to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and great customer service. A huge thank you to Nathan and the team for such a great job!

Overall I found the staff extremely…

Overall I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly however after telling them I was coming in at certain time they said to me my order would be ready and it was at least 20 minutes before they gathered it. I then said to them that my client would come back and pick up the rest of the items and once again I told the staff members two of them that my client would be in just around 4 pm. My client arrived and they had no recollection who are what it was for. It also took me an age to get to sign in on my account even calling from the store. They couldn’t sort it out for me but all in all I’ve always found Howdens to be efficient. This will not determine me from using them in the future.

Really impressed by the quality of the kitchen base units. And the fact the dowels are pre-fitted and hinges are included is brilliant. Fast service from the Handforth WH too

Door order

Bought 5 doors but had to order them on Friday for delivery this Tuesday, gets to 2oc on Tuesday heard nothing so ring up to be told not in yet ring back in 1 hour Rang back to be told there in but not processed so I say I m coming in for them Get to Cheadle branch and am told wait in warehouse for lads to bring em , then watched two lads for 15 mins sort them from a pile near the middle and leave em for me , no offer to bring them to my van from both these young lads so had to load em myself. Poor service. , really hard work

Impressive

I've used a lot of howdens over the years, but I came across cheadle howdens about 12 months. Unbelievable service and staff are amazing from the manager nathan down to the warehouse lads. They go above and beyond to make sure my customers are happy and that makes my job as a joiner so much easier

Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the service. My client purchased a kitchen from this store and was overcharged — we were assured a refund multiple times (“yes today, tomorrow”) but it never came through. Management, specifically Nathan and Steve, were unhelpful and clearly lacked the expertise needed to design a proper kitchen. This has caused major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be misled and left out of pocket
