Really easy and nothing to complain about

The booking experience was excellent and your representative was most helpful during that process. The pick-up of doors, worktops etc all went very well and the quality of the good is superb. The sending of the invoice for payment was a little hap hazard with very little explanation as to what was actually required to be done by me. I assumed payment was required and so processed it but a little more guidance would have been good.

Damage to one of units visible straight…

Damage to one of units visible straight away and damage to door had them replaced but didn’t have unit in stock had to go to another branch to pick up unit picked up door next day but cost me time considering i paid for delivery service not the outcome I was expecting

Really knowledgeable and friendly service

We had our kitchen designed with the help of the staff at the store. Craig Woodhatch helped us chose all the finishes and recommended a local builder to purchase and fit it all. Great service very helpful and knowledgeable.
