What a great branch to visit. The staff are always so helpful. Always full of helpfully advice and have a great laugh. Howdens Joinery Chepstow every single time. This is always my go-to place for joinery and kitchens, and they never disappoint. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure everything is right from start to finish. The quality of the products is excellent, the showroom is well laid out, and orders are always handled efficiently and professionally. You really feel valued as a customer here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for kitchens or joinery – highly recommended!

We at M&J Carpentry and Joinery can’t speak highly enough of the Chepstow Howdens branch. The team are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, making every visit straightforward and efficient. A special mention has to go to Katy, the Deputy Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond. She is always kind, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her support and customer service make a real difference and are a credit to the branch. A fantastic branch with a great team – we highly recommend Howdens Chepstow and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Time wasters.

Time wasters. 7 weeks after my enquiry I finally gave up. I wasted 2 hours on a Saturday morning while the 'kitchen designer' figured out how to use their computer. After that I heard nothing. I kept following up by email and the emails always came back with an excuse. Finally after 7 weeks, someone called me up they had the wrong email for me (despite emailing me multiple time with excuses!). My carpenter has now moved on to other projects and there's no chance I can get him to install anything this year. Overall a terrible experience.

THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE ARE VERY HELPFULL, FRIENDLY AND POLITE. NOTHING SEENS TO MUCH TROUBLE. ITS A PLEASURE GOING THERE, AND THE COFFEE IS SUPERB.
