Complete waste of time

Howdens completely wasted my time. Matthew ignored emails and never responded when he said he would. He has now completely ghosted me. Terrible customer service.

Matthew at Chesham Branch

I met with Matthew at the Chesham branch to work through plans for dinning room cupboards which match my sage green kitchen. He was very knowledgeable about the different combinations of units and happy to discuss shelving that we could make ourselves, which was quite unusual! Most other kitchen places are quite rigid and only want to sell units they provide. I have yet to confirm the final drawing after a few more tweaks. Very happy with the service so far.

Very poor experience at Chesham Howdens!

Very poor experience at Chesham Howdens recently. The manager has changed to a guy called Tom who unfortunately has led to the demise of this branch. The way stock is stored is appalling and took almost a week to remediate damaged items and disgustingly, frontals that had been installed before! A lot of money had been spent by my client and I was left red faced after recommending and leading him to Howdens! Three tradesmen left out of pocket due to the incompetence of this branch and Tom wasn’t interested to fairly resolve and remediate these issues! I would avoid this branch at all costs! Watford Howdens are fantastic and Mark there will go above and beyond! Matthew is the designer is Chesham and is all that is holding this branch together.

Ellie from Chesham branch was so kind and supportive , listened and understood my needs , always available when I called with additional questions Kitchen being fitted this week and I am so happy with the quality and the colours Thank you Ellie , I would recommend this branch

AMAZING SERVICE!
