Howdens was highly recommended to me

Howdens was highly recommended to me. We are more than happy with our new kitchen. There were lots of colours and designs to choose from. Lisa from the Chester branch helped us design our kitchen was fantastic. She was so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff in the shop were also very helpful. Would highly recommend Chester Howdens.

From digital design to fixture and fittings we have been very pleased with our kitchen redesign.

After assisting with a digital redesign of our kitchen, we ordered all our units and appliances from Howdens Chester. The digital designer at Howdens Chester was very good. The fitting went well and the kitchen was exactly as we wanted. However the microwave failed within 12 months. We did not want it replaced by the same make or model and we were supported 100% in this by Mark Lowry, Depot Manager at Howdens Chester. We have been very satisfied with the new microwave and continued to be very satisfied with all the design, fixtures and fittings in the kitchen.

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. Nick in the Chester branch was fantastic and took us all the way through it. We bought the kitchen last October and stored it at my mums until our building work had completed. Howdens delivered to my Mums and then to ours completely free of charge. The acrylic worktops are amazing. Look great (you’ll never find the joins even on a large island) and brilliant value compared to granite/quartz (and more environmentally friendly. Would highly recommend them and of course Howdens.

It is always a delight to buy in Howdens Chester

It is always a delight to buy in Howdens. Our experience this time has been no exception. Lisa has been looking after us for quite a while planning our kitchen helping us to buy the doors we need for our house. The plans are excellent and she deals with us in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Deliveries are quick no problems at all. A great experience all around and the prices are very competitive. Offered a tenner off a (£400) damaged…

Offered a tenner off a (£400) damaged staircase. Tried to avoid negative feedback by calling into store but was told that the Manager hadn’t had a damaged staircase in 15 yrs. I must be a liar then!?
