Billed for another trader's order

I picked up on the purchase onto my account at a branch I don't tend to use within a short timeframe. Rang the Hasland branch to question it and the manager admitted she had put an order on the wrong account by accident. It was corrected fairly quickly. A trader with a lot of monthly transactions probably wouldn't pick up on an error like this.

Great service

Kept me informed all the way about the status of my order. The lady was polite and pleasant. The young guy was efficient and helpful Loading up especially as we arrived close to closing time. Would definitely use this branch over any others in the local area. Only downside is the cost of delivery, but that is a standard charge I'm led to believe.
