I was very shocked and appalled by my…

I was very shocked and appalled by my experience and to see and hear what I can only say was a complete verbal attack on a visitor at Howdens Chorley by a member of the office staff on Saturday 8th October. The use of the F…. Word and raised voice of anger isn’t something you expect and I certainly wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end as a customer or account holder. I had nipped in to collect a Kitchen brochure for my Customer and saw a female member of Staff carry out this abuse on the innocent visitor and what made it worse, neither of the Managers stepped in to stop it. I can safely say, I won’t be sending my customers in or my self returning.

They just need to go back 10 yrs to where the items where quality mainly the kitchens and doors. This isn't aimed at a branch in particular as they only sell what they can it's about the company as a whole The guy behind the counter. Big Tony is an absolute legend will endeavour to get you what you need and is a credit to the company. If only there were more Tony's
