The people are top notch!

It is great when you come across a supplier where the staff are so knowlegable, reliable and friendly. The kitchen design service is really first rate with rapid responses to queries and the flexibility to make alterations to designs and updates to quotes. All units delivered on time, in good condition by helpful driver. Top marks all round!

So I wrote about the kitchen I got over a year ago. What a disappointment. Navy matt kitchen that no matter what it's cleaned with looks absolutely terrible. Got a reply on here straight away that someone would be in touch. 3 weeks later, still waiting. Not sure how they contact. Ouiji board? As nobody asked for my details, how was contact going to be made? Laughable while I'm stuck with the worst kitchen ever!

Service was great to be fair

Service was great to be fair. Kitchen fitted perfectly. It's the kitchen finish I have an issue with. We chose the matt doors. I've used the recommended cleaner for the doors but the kitchen just looks terrible despite trying every other product since. As soon as you touch the doors they mark, don't touch the doors they mark. Wipe the doors over and you can see every mark left by the cloth. Worst kitchen I have ever had. Still waiting for someone to contact me re this. As no details were taken from me I'm not sure how they contact me. It was also bought in my husband's name. As yet weeks later absolutely nothing. Probably an electronic auto response
