Extremely poor customer service in Cirencester

I am really appalled by the lack of customer service at Howdens Cirencester. I bought a kitchen from them last year - I received a note through the post that the tumble drier has a mechanical fault and I should stop using it immediately. I have now been waiting for almost 5 weeks for an engineer to come out and fix it, or for Howdens to replace it. They keep fobbing me off and I have finally emailed them an official complaint. There was a 3-year warranty on the drier and they are not honouring their responsibilities here.

Once again marvellous

Once again. A well designed kitchen. However. It would be great if the plans were A) broken into two. Eye level and base level. B) more detailed plans showing proper breakdowns of drawers etc.
