Very impressive service

My recent visit to the clitheroe branch of Howdens and needed several kitchen unit doors, I spoke to Nicola and she arranged things for collection the following day, I also felt with Nathan who was equally helpful and courteous, my experience from start to finish was great and would highly recommend Howdens at Clitheroe.

Pot luck service

Some staff at this branch are great, but sadly depending who you get pricing the kitchens you don’t get reply on price after spending precious time providing products lists for quotes. If staff can’t be bothered or too busy to quote then might be beneficial to start offering a basic price list and offer the trade discounts accordingly!

The staff at Clitheroe are amazing. I go in with 1 idea and come out with about 6 other ideas and jobs to do. I like seeing their displays that give me other ideas. Nicky is so helpful.

Budget and style

Phoebe was our kitchen designer. She worked within our budget and incorporated all our ideas to create a really beautiful kitchen. She also took advantage of the sale so we could get a good discount. In her design, she took our whole open-plan space into account so that it became balanced. In the fitting, we felt we hadn't allowed for quite enough space for a radiator, so we were able to adjust that easily with our joiners.
