It’s the little things that matter

Ease of ordering great. Very friendly staff. Got planner around to do quote etc. great job, price good, customer happy with that. Delivered on time fab, fitting it, missing parts so fine easily done come to sort work tops, no bolts no colour fill, no cutlery tray, go and ask about these items and they charge me for them. Thought that’s what the planner was for !! Oh I will say they didn’t charge me for the bolts.

Brilliant designer and great kitchen!

Our designer, Teresa, at Howdens Coalville, Leics was brilliant and time has confirmed what a wonderful job she made of our our design. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in! The units themselves are good quality and look just as we envisaged. Marked down one star due to lack of pricing transparency and some bits arriving later than others.

Howdens Coalville

So so happy with my beautiful new kitchen! Teresa our designer paid us a visit and took all of the necessary measurements and discussed our options, giving us ideas as to what we could have - somethings had not crossed our minds! We then went to the store to select the finishing touches. We had a fantastic team of guys to complete the overall result ranging from kitchen fitters/electrician/flooring and wall tiler. I could not recommend Howdens enough and would 100% use them again ☺
