Delayed by damaged product

Ordered 8 interior doors, 1 was damaged so I got the driver to return it. When I rang the next day to chase up the replacement office new nothing about it as driver wasn’t in depot yet. They did ring and arrange delivery late that afternoon but the carpenter had to return to finish the job. Howdens should check products throughly before sending them out for delivery

Lots of parts not delivered

Lots of parts not delivered then having to go and pick up parts from different branches resulting in another visit for fitters costing more in labour still waiting for an up and over door hinges and handles
