Howden's Chelford Dusk Blue Kitchen

Our kitchen is not yet finished but thus far we have been delighted with the service we have received from Howdens, Consett. Jonathan designed our kitchen and has been very supportive and patient throughout - always welcoming and professional, both in person and on the phone. Chris is our (main) fitter - absolutely brilliant. Full of good advice and keen to do a good job.

Excellent customer service

I’d had an issue with with the supplied kitchen splash back, informed Howdens Consett that I thought the quality was poor & when I visited to pick up another item, the issue was resolved with an alternative splash back, without any issue! Thank you to Abbey & the Consett team for excellent customer service, they listened & delivered, you can’t ask for anymore than that 👍👏

The new showroom is bright & has a far…

The new showroom is bright & has a far better display on view, the staff as ever are polite & always happy to serve you. The new flat pack kitchens are easy to put together & the flooring is also easy to install.Taking into account I'm a Plumber I still buy quite a lot of product, but if the quality & the service is good then there's no point in going elsewhere 😁, a happy Paul The Plumber O
