Superb quality and exceptional service.

I've been overwhelmingly impressed with the service from Howdens and the quality of the kitchen we purchased. The experience from the outset has been customer focused and very bespoke. Our design was tailored, considered and communicated effectively at all stages. Delivery was prompt and follow up aftercare very supportive. We would absolutely recommend Howdens and are very glad we chose them above all the other kitchen providers.

Kitchen delivered on time and as there…

Kitchen delivered on time and as there was a lot of stuff we signed unchecked, over the next week of installation we only had one damaged door which was swapped over no problem and other little bit need to was not a problem to the staff

I was recommended to use Howden by previous customer

I was recommended to use Howden by an existing customer. My nearest branch is in Cranleigh. A phone call later I spoke with one of their kitchen design specialists who offered to come to my house and take details and dimensions to replace my tired kitchen. Lauren could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design. I am now in the process of selecting an installation company to bring her design to life.

Exemplary Customer Service

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for an extraordinary job that Howden's of Cranleigh and, in particular, Simon Broomes personally did for us when project managing the design and delivery of our new kitchen in Chiddingfold. Our kitchen looks amazing! Simon was extremely patient, especially with the significant number of changes that I passed his way. We most definitely ended up with the best solution - his advice and guidance was hugely appreciated. Huge thanks too to Howden’s for acting as exemplary suppliers – nothing was too difficult and the many short-notice requests for delivery of additional or replacement parts were handled with aplomb. Simon even personally hand-delivered some parts whilst visiting to check that all was in order. Indeed the overall customer experience we received working with Simon and Howden’s was outstanding – both me and our kitchen fitter will certainly be recommending Howden’s to friends and colleagues in the future.
