I was very surprised …

I was very surprised to find that you do not do the metal support rails in 650 mm only 600mm for washing machine appliances this size doesn't allow clearance to the sides for easy removal of the machine.

The whole team at Cromer are first class!

The whole team at Cromer are helpful, professional and friendly. I worked with them on a refurbishment of kitchen in a holiday let in October 22 and then a total refit of our kitchen at home in June 23 Ben was our designer- very knowledgeable and helpful in aspects of the design process. He was very accommodating of changes as well! During the fit the whole team assisted as necessary for our kitchen fitter as we made on site tweaks and additions. Thanks to Ben, and all the team who helped on my many visits. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Praise for customer service

Requested tap cartridge for a dripping Lamona tap originally bought with complete kitchen from Howdens of Cromer. Guys were extremely helpful and efficient even with such an insignificant order. Was called when the part arrived in their stock at which point I told them i would arrange collection as i do not drive due to an eye condition. Was told that if any of their team was heading my way they would have it dropped off. Next morning the box was on my doorstep. Full marks for customer service and my thanks to all involved.
