Terrible Service

I placed an order a week in advance for collection as I had booked a hired van & on collection it wasn't all in stock & it took over an hour to find what was in stock. I then had to return 3 hrs later to collect a door that had been brought in from Kirkcaldy & then had to collect a further 2 doors from Dumfries the following morning. The branch is in turmoil due to the lack of organisation & head office not having a designated squad to come in & oversee the refurbishment. It is ridiculous to expect branch staff to service customers & do the refurbishment at the same time. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Great Customer Service

Polar opposite Branch Difference All the people working in the…

All the people working in the Cumbernauld branch are brilliant. We have dealt primarily with John and absolutely nothing is a problem for him. Cumbernauld is not our local branch. We went here instead of the Dumbarton branch because the Cumbernauld branch was highly recommended to us and were told to avoid the Dumbarton branch. However, I stupidly ignored this advice and ordered a wardrobe from Dumbarton and when my joiner came to build it the shelve and hanging rail was missing. When I phoned the Dumbarton branch I was told that it must be there because they didn’t have it ! I asked to speak with the manager and he told me it must have delivered. I told him it had never been delivered and I didn’t appreciate being called a liar and a thief. I have gone back to the Cumbernauld branch and bought the missing product. Please avoid the Dumbarton branch. The extra miles to Cumbernauld, the great customer service and good atmosphere are more than worth it.
