Bought over 40 lengths of skirting

Bought over 40 lengths of skirting, architrave along with 1.3k in herringbone floor. We were short on the skirting so went to the Cwmbran store and bought some extra lengths, asked her for the same as the previous bought. Our chippy come to fit the skirting and noticed that they provided 7” instead of 6” and they refused to replace 2 pieces of skirting after spending a few thousand with them over the last few months.

The team at howdens Cwmbran have been incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable right from the start of planning our new kitchen to helping with questions and returns when we installed ourselves with our own fitter. We have continued to buy large purchase items such as doors because of their assistance. We would recommend them to family and friends.
