From beginning to end Sasha made the whole experience of getting a new kitchen an easy & enjoyable experience. Sasha was knowledgeable, supportive & more importantly made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions I asked or changes I made ( and there were loads!) Sasha was very friendly & relatable & when we did have a slight problem with a door she got it sorted immediately so nothing was delayed. Everyone we came into contact with at Howdens Dagenham was helpful & polite but Sasha delivered an excellent level of customer service both before & after we purchased the kitchen & is a great representative for the company. I would feel confident in recommendeding Howdens Dagenham as it was a pleasure to work with Sasha & her colleagues.

We choose howdens as our last two…kitchen

We choose howdens as our last two kitchens were from there. We took early delivery due to price increase so didn’t fit for over a month. As we were fitting there were a few smashed edges on the cabinets a few on the doors. Phoned the depot and they exchanged on the day. As the fitting went along there were a few more problems, they sent two white a one grey kick plate. There wasn’t enough hinges to complete the fit also there was only one bracket per kick plate as these are long we needed more. There has been many calls to depot and yes they have been sorted but feel that this is very unprofessional we were billed for the extra clips for kick plate which I’m not really happy about.
