Howdens Dagenham

Howdens Dagenham. Manchester way Wantz Road. Appalling customer service. Greeted by a miserable older guy with glasses. Told the product id ordered couldn't be accessed as the forklift driver wasnt in. Can i go somewhere else, Barking maybe? Eventually another manager in a suit, begrudgingly lifted down the pallet, left it where it was, despite our van being parked outside waiting with doors open, pointed to it and said, there it is. Very heavy item which we struggled to navigate around the stock to get it out. Never ever will i go to this store again. Nearly all other Howdens are far far better.

Professional and friendly

This is my second visit..to Howdens Dagenham my first visit was amazing Tina was kind a d very friendly plus professional. Gave loads of advice. My second visit was good the gentleman on the Till was friendly

Fantastic Service from Sasha

We looked at a lot of places for our new kitchen and decided on Howdens. The kitchen looks great but what impressed me more and took me back to buy more for a different area was the fantastic service I received from Sasha. I have never known someone so attentive. If I emailed a question I had an answer almost straight away, if I called, Sasha was so friendly and happy it made you feel happy. The world needs more people like Sasha. I was sorting out my kitchen over the holiday season and Sasha gave me notice she was going on holiday and a contact to deal with while she was away. Tina was brilliant too. I ask a lot of questions which would make anyone pull their hair out but I was always answered quickly and in a friendly manner. I had no hesitation in buying more from Howdens Dagenham because of the brilliant service I got, and Dagenham is far from my local Howdens. Thank you for your patience, professionalism and help.
