Now once the warehouse refurbished has now been completed the orders are ready for collection. The staff have always been helpful during the refit which his put them under a lot of stress.

What an amazing experience we had today at Howdens Dartford. Great competitive prices! Lovely service from Laura on the front desk, when we opened a new account we received a free gift and a little game of deal or no deal on the front desk with a chance to win tools! Great customer service.

Great customer service. I am refurbing my house and went into Howdens following the advice of my builder. I didn't have a complete idea of what i needed but was helped by Hannah who guided me from start to finish. I was more than happy with the advice i recieved and know where to go going forwards.

Kitchen Design

Just starting out with my kitchen design and Hannah has been brilliant being my first port of call. Lack of communication

I was not informed that my order would take over a week for me to collect also once I had been to warehouse to collect my order parts are still missing. I also didn’t receive any phone call to tell me that my order was incomplete.
