Quality kitchen units at a bargain price We visited the Banbury branch and Charlotte dealt with us . She has been amazing and had to put up with our ever changing wishes but in the end she helped us get the units we wanted at a very good price A great experience Thank you

If there would be a zero I would give a ZERO as this place is a complete misunderstanding! We choose to buy a kitchen here and from the start it was a mistake. Project was extremely rushed and after the kitchen was delivered we found out that the main water supply was not taken into consideration in the project and the washing machine would not fit! We had give up with washing machine in the kitchen and move it to the bathroom!! Another project thanks to Howdens. Kitchen arrived incomplete! Amount of time we had to drive to Howdens and back because they would not deliver small items only bulk orders! We felt like as soon as we paid for the kitchen we were left on our own. Worktop was fitted by 3rd party company. And to be honest a 3k composite worktop is softer than 600 laminate!! Dropped a knife on the worktop and made a hole like is an axe!! What is more we went to return few panels we did not liked and it turned out our outstanding bill suddenly went up from 3k to 3.5k!! No much explanation given! After a very long conversation Manager decided to set the bill at 3k which was paid on the day! Few weeks later trader that was organising the kitchen purchase is getting CCJ from Howdens for remaining 500 pounds!!!!! Can you believe in that!!! And now when it comes to quality! You better check your panels! Amount of manufacturing defect we found on the panels! Bubbles, damaged corners not mentioning the LAMONA extractor fan and Oven! Over tuned up with damaged seal and despite reporting it to Howdens Daventry it has been 3 weeks and no response! Extractor Fan runs like train so you can barely hear anything and that is on speed 1, not mentioning is vibrating like hell. Overall a dreadful experience. Howdens new we are moving to house we bought and we are expecting baby soon and despite that they did nothing to make sure this project will go nice and smooth. Definitely not recommended!
