Very helpful staff and prices.

Very helpful staff and back up. Commodity prices (albeit sale prices) better than I could have expected. Some prices negotiable where I considered them too high. Not examined products as yet - still in packaging, but no problems expected.

Several issues with my order

Had to ring to chase up the rest of the delivery, received part of someone else's order, a few bits weren't available and was told to drive to another store, had to request up to date CAD plans, connector kit for the tap wasn't provided so the kitchen fitter had to drive around finding one. Everyone was very helpful, but the problems should not have arisen in the first place. On the plus side, the kitchen looks amazing.

New Kitchen

I am awaiting delivery of the rest of the kitchen, but so far, everybody and everything has been fantastic. I spoke to the staff at the Denbigh branch who were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and booked an appointment with Anne the designer who draw up a wonderful plan. So far, so good.
