Have been a customer of Howdens for many years both at Ascot Drive and now Chester green the staff are always helpful informative and welcoming even when things go wonky on either side they are always professional and sort the problem quickly.

Last 3-4 visits have been awful

Last 3-4 visits have been awful, ended up having to leave on 2 occasions without being served due to short staff. There’s never any sense of urgency and the staff are very unhelpful. Worse howdens I’ve ever visited. Not made to feel welcome, you get the feeling you’re bothering them by going in and giving them your business. Won’t be going back

My account was set up in the wrong…

My account was set up in the wrong company name. They gave me the wrong kind of Hob. They gave me a warranty for a Hob we had bought in April for the wrong job. We had to have a Technician out because it was faulty and they sent the wrong Engineer! On & On it goes!!!!
