I couldn't ask for a more helpful…

I couldn't ask for a more helpful company. I went in with my scrappy bit of paper and dimensions for multiple doors and Hannah was wonderfully helpful and patient as we worked through my options and different price points. She then showed me into the showroom to look at the doors so I could see them in the flesh. They were so busy in store but I didn't feel rushed or pressured. After leaving I then thought of more questions and the fabulous Barry answered the phone. Again, very patient and helpful giving me my options and prices. He was very informative and gave me the code numbers so I could look up the doors online . Wouldn't look anywhere else, super products with super staff! Thankyou!

Things can only get better

We had to wait a long time to be served and the process seems very long winded to get things booked out and payed for. The Ox level kit we purchased seems great value. Hope our next encounter will be better. As I know the branch is being updated.

My experience with Howden’s was…

My experience with Howden’s was perfection and it is exactly what I would expect to get from them or any other business when purchasing products or just taking a browse in their store, they were extremely helpful polite and took the time outside of the opening times to assist me in purchasing a small budget kitchen with a few extras. They were true to their word on delivery to their store schedules and accommodated my collection arrangements without hassle especially as I had to change my collection date last minute for a couple of days. What was most satisfying were the staff members both in the store and warehouse, they were absolutely amazing and hands on in helping to load my van up which saved me time when collecting the items thus enabling me to get a fantastic start to the day of work ahead. I am definitely recommending this branch in Derby to my colleagues and friends and anyone who cares to read this short review and I would just like to thank them again in this review. Excellent Thank you
