Had a visit from designer Megan. Very knowledgeable and managed to tap into our thought on how we wanted to lay out our new kitchen. Gave positive and practice advice when she could see we had not quite got the right things in the right place. Very pleasant presentation throughout. Top marks

I couldn't ask for a more helpful…

I couldn't ask for a more helpful company. I went in with my scrappy bit of paper and dimensions for multiple doors and Hannah was wonderfully helpful and patient as we worked through my options and different price points. She then showed me into the showroom to look at the doors so I could see them in the flesh. They were so busy in store but I didn't feel rushed or pressured. After leaving I then thought of more questions and the fabulous Barry answered the phone. Again, very patient and helpful giving me my options and prices. He was very informative and gave me the code numbers so I could look up the doors online . Wouldn't look anywhere else, super products with super staff! Thankyou!

Things can only get better

We had to wait a long time to be served and the process seems very long winded to get things booked out and payed for. The Ox level kit we purchased seems great value. Hope our next encounter will be better. As I know the branch is being updated.
