Cabinet door issue resolved

After a problem with an order at Sheffield, replacement items were sent to Dewsbury fir collection. Items didn't arrive, but Dave managed to order another set and they came in later. Dave has been so helpful, going above expectations to resolve this issue, rather than just sending me back to Sheffield. Well-done Dave, a true gent and asset to the branch. FRAN

Junaid is top quality and time efficient

Junaid has been helping me since 2020, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. He makes everything simple, straightforward, and efficient when ordering from Howdens, always going the extra mile to help. I’ve visited and dealt with many Howdens branches over the years, but I can genuinely say I’ve never met anyone better. Junaid takes great pride in his work, is always professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. A credit to Howdens and someone I would highly recommend to anyone.
