BOSWORTH Door

I recently ordered a BOSWORTH Door from the Diss Branch. Although their deliveries are normally only Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a friendly member of staff delivered the Door to me at 9am on the Tuesday morning that I requested. Lovely Door that the customer was very pleased with. Easy to cut to size and install. Very friendly and efficient service from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Awful Halesworth grain quality and customer relations

We had a Howden’s kitchen put in in 2025. We spent a total of around £20,000 on the kitchen and fitting it. We chose Halesworth porcelain and navy doors. Just a short time after fitting, the doors started expanding from wiping them with a damp cloth. We complained that this is a fault, and it was sent to headquarters, who have been rude and threatening and blamed our cleaning! Reading other reviews, it looks like this is their standard response. Awful experience and bad customer service. Plus we are stuck with an awful mess of a kitchen.

Diss Howdens - Highly Recommended

The team at Diss did a fantastic job from start to finish on the kitchen and Utility design, advice and supply of everything. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened and made the design process collaborative and if there were any questions, things were followed up swiftly. An amazing team and service provided.
