Left hanging to wait for the warehouse…

Left hanging to wait for the warehouse worker to bring my items. Absolutely hate using this company. Staff are disgraceful at times. Only interested in sales. Once the transaction or order is placed the customer experience is woeful. Terrible company.

Howdens Kelvin East Kilbride

I have dealt with Howdens since the day they opened and I have to say the staff at Kelvin are experienced and on the ball. As a kitchen fitter I fit for other builders with accounts in other branches. It's imperative that designers get it right. Everyone makes money. That's why I'll be staying with Kelvin 👍

Howdens Kelvin depot

Howdens Kelvin depot. Initially had a good experience with howdens with a quick response to come out and size up/guide our initial design requests. We then moved onto the sign off stage/3D model which was impressive. We were basically sold an unachievable kitchen design which has now had to be severely altered and has messed up the look of what we wanted to achieve. We went for an island which on plan had 1 continuous worktop. However this was totally unachievable and was never filtered back to us that this was unachievable until my joiner started to install. Howdens only remedy for this was to take the largest worktop back, and give 2 smaller worktops (foc) however I wouldn’t have went for this worktop design if I knew there would be a butt joint. The design process was badly executed with howdens trying to shift blame onto my joiner. It’s not the joiners responsibility and I’m disappointed howdens initial response was the joiner to fix this.

Helpfull coments

Had some issues with items on my delivery it held the job back, the staff are very helpful and tried to resolve the issues. I think you should get them there own transport rather than use sub-contractors it would allow them to manage problems more efficiently. All in all good people and service
