Great customer service from Emily

We recently completely redesigned our kitchen - walls down and all - and Emily was fab from the beginning, helping us plan and being very accommodating when we've changed our minds about things. Everything seemed friendly, professional and speedy. Our joiners say they love Howdens because everything is well made and it's so easy to get replacement parts. Recommended!

Big shout out to Emily (at Howdens Gorgie) She has been an absolute star! Emily was so professional and patient, especially when we faced a few major curve balls on a recent project. From assisting us at the outset, to the fine details at the end, at every turn Emily was so helpful and calm. The end result is even better than expected and the Howdens kitchen is excellent.
