Frustrating and disappointing experience …

My experience with your kitchen designer Lilliah in Howdens Egham branch has been unacceptable. Communication has been slow, and I have had to follow up many times. Her behaviour has been disrespectful, and she repeatedly pretended not to understand me, which felt discriminatory toward my accent . She has also harassed and pressured my builder as a result, I have lost confidence in this branch and will not be going ahead with the purchase with Egham branch Went ahead with different branch Really disappointed ☹️

New Kitchen

Chantal & Harry couldn't have been more helpful with our kitchen. We wanted to see a lot of different examples and they catered to us, constantly changing designs and prices. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you

Dalia from the Egham branch was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. If there were any questions, Dalia was straight on the phone, making the process so smooth and easy. The kitchen looks great too!

Dalia (Egham branch) has been exceptional

Dalia (Egham branch) has been exceptional. She has been friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. Dalia was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the products available and offered practical advice to ensure that I chose a quality kitchen at the right price. In addition, she patiently and promptly answered my many questions. Thank you so much for all your help.

The same problem as always

The same problem as always, I decided to add 2 x 200mm wall units to an island. Already had the feet so just needed 2 units with doors & 2 end panels to wrap them. £290.50 with 50% discount! In what world is that a fair price? Handles & hinges are extra! Without discount it would be £581. In this instance it was for my own kitchen but how could I justify that spend for suck a small return when dealing with a customer. I’m done, 16 years of answering howdens questionnaire's & still pricing shrouded in secrecy & let’s be fair, the quality isn’t as it was.
