The staff in the Ely depot from my first initial visit to the planning and booking have been excellent. Friendly and informative. Making the whole experience first class. Including the delivery today with contact from the branch and delivery by the courier. Highly recommended

worst customer service ever

Very poor customer service , put my account on stop as they could not contact us on landline. Did not think to e mail us ,or think there was a problem with phone line. turned put they were dialling the wrong number and had a new member of staff ! seems it is company policy to block the account if they can not contact you by phone. To make it clear i never even owed them any money. I this how you run a business these days?
