Absolutely delighted with my Howdens…
Absolutely delighted with my Howdens kitchen. Had amazing service from start to finish. Alicia was professional and informative throughout and helped me create a great design. She went above and beyond to help me create every detail. I made various changes throughout the process and she was always patient and understanding. The turnaround time was great and all in all would recommend.

I have found over the years that the Howdens brimsdown branch is the most helpful and friendliest branch in north London The staff are very accommodating because i know i can be quite demanding but they always sort out any difficulties in a professional and quick way. Where fo I start
Where fo I start, I purchase a kitchen from them in December and paid upfront on an agreed price . I bought the the kitchen in good faith to the agreed kitchen design. When my contractor started to fit the kitchen I was short of one wall cabinet, now remember I bought the kitchen on a design. So I went back and told them I was one missing. Instead they made me purchase the cabinet again so why would I pay for an another cabinet if I agreed a price on the kitchen plan. I then complained to head office and they agreed just to give half my money back. I shouldn’t have paid in the first place as I paid it on the design. Absolute disgraceful behaviour and I plan to take this further.
