Stuart - Epsom …

This is the first I've ordered on line and the process was pretty straightforward. Communication between the Epsom branch and myself was excellent. The only disappointment was that part of my order didn't arrive on the day. There was no real explanation apart from human error. It was no big deal and the order was completed the next day. I'm just glad it wasn't urgent.

Unfortunately only one member of staff…

Unfortunately only one member of staff serving in the shop. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to buy a tube of Colourfill worktop filler and a tap. To add insult to injury, I later saw that Toolstation do the filler as part of a kit with worktop bolts too and it was cheaper for the kit than one single tube at Howdens. Being kitchen specialists I assumed Howdens would be competitive. Once I had made the purchase, I waited at least 5 minutes in the warehouse to get served and collect my item. Staff were all fine when I got served, but when 30 minutes of my morning is spent standing around waiting to be served, it is quite annoying.
