Purchased a roller latch

Purchased a roller latch - Cheap and nasty had to return it for another one this looked better however the supplied screws were not up to the job as the head broke off leaving me to remove what was left of the screw (this took approx 1 hour) note a pilot hole was drilled pre fitting Very in happy customer Mark

Great Company - I recommend!

I have always found Howdens' staff to be helpful, informative and on the ball! Service is efficient and friendly. You don't have to wait to get answers to queries and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have an account at the Evesham branch and all the staff are wonderful, especially Emma Ross who has been super helpful!
