Howdens got some design and supply wrong , but as they want to take care of their customers and don’t shy away from their mistakes , they treated us amazingly well. Beyond that which one expects of a PLC . Top class service and excellent staff. Don’t hesitate , you won’t find better service .

Visited Howdens Exeter on Saturday

Visited Howdens Exeter on Saturday WOW, what fantastic service. They went well beyond to help my mum choose her perfect kitchen, no time restraint or hassle nothing was too much trouble to show her options, even opening new boxed doors so she could get the feel of her new kitchen. They were all fantastic but particularly thanks to Neil what an absolute star. Thanks guys Highly Highly recommended buying your next kitchen from HOWDENS.

I still like Howdens but not sure how much I would recommend them anymore

I like Howdens and prefer to fit their kitchens. However, to be honest the last couple have been hard work. Very difficult to get a quote from them and the client/end user wasn’t very impressed. Lots of ‘stuff’ missed of the plan/quote. This meant that there was a fair amount of extra costs for things that really should have been included in the plan. If you add to this the build quality and amount of damages it’s almost not cost effective to fit a Howdens kitchen anymore. The branch were great sorting thing out but really it shouldn’t be needed.
