The service is always was very good the product was very good the pricing was just completely uncompetitive and not the same discount as I used to get or it didn't appear to be. Now that people can Google they can to find out the price and they think I am making the profit on the units whereas in fact for you that's a cost and be double what the Google AI price say I pay

Great service and quality at the top level

We’ve had an excellent experience with Howdens. The quality of their products is consistently high, and the customer service is second to none. The team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Orders are handled efficiently, communication is great, and it’s a pleasure working with such a reliable supplier. We highly recommend Howdens and look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.

Reliable service, great range, and a pleasure to work with – highly recommended!

We’ve been sourcing kitchen fronts and laminate flooring for our campervan conversions and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and quick to offer helpful advice – whether we’re picking finishes or confirming stock availability. The quality of the products is excellent and fits perfectly with the bespoke standard we aim to deliver in our conversions. Reliable service, great range, and a pleasure to work with – highly recommended!

Decent experience overall at Howdens Fakenham. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the kitchen displays and samples were helpful. While the service stands out, it’s not exceptional enough to go out of my way again considering the inconvenience and extra cost of traveling to this branch. Solid, but room for improvement.
