Missing communication!!

The item required was not currently in stock so it was required to be ordered. I was informed that it would be delivered to store the following Tuesday around 1400 hrs and I would receive a phone call confirming it had arrived. No phone call received so at 1630 hrs I telephoned the store enquiring about the item. I was informed that it had indeed arrived but as it it is over half an hour travelling time to store I would be unable to collect it today. My dissatisfaction with that is if I had been called when promised around 1400 hrs I would not have let my customer down and also disrupted my busy schedule! Don`t promise something and NOT deliver!!

Friendly service; materials available
