Great service, great quality. Seamless process. Michael was fantastic and always professional, he wanted the best outcome for the project and helped every step of the way. Would highly recommend Howdens North Finchley, the team is great and sorted any issues out quickly. I’ve also used Howdens Southgate for other projects and again have been great.

Excellent product and superb service.Michael,the designer he is very accommodating and always available to drop off personally anything on site if ever anything is missing and make sure it runs smoothly. Even after sale customer service it’s superb. As an interior designer, Howdens will be my go to for kitchen and wardrobe from now on.

No washing machine for 2 months!!!!

Absolutely atrocious! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have now been without a working washing machine for 2 months and Howden’s have done absolutely nothing to expedite the situation in any way despite my machine still being under warranty. They are refusing to replace the machine and instead keep sending out a technician who can’t figure out what’s wrong with the appliance. I am having to call and email them daily just to make sure they are staying on top of it otherwise days go by where I don’t hear from them. I have also had to spend an absurd amount of money to use the laundrette and Howden’s haven’t even offered to compensate me for this. It is absolutely unacceptable and I honestly wish I had never purchased my washing machine through them. Please for your own sake and sanity DO NOT purchase anything with Howden’s.

Super helpful and accommodating

From start to finish our experience with Michael at Howden’s Finchley was amazing. Michael accommodated all of our requests (and they changed often!) and answered all of our questions; he was so accommodating and helpful, which made such a difference when your minds change or costs need adjusting. He was able to tell us what was possible within our budget, and came to the house multiple times to measure and help us decide. The delivery was so quick, and even when things were forgotten they were delivered just a few days later. We’re really pleased with the quality of the kitchen and would recommend it to others.

Hailey Ducker-Amazing Service

Hailey Ducker, at the Finchley Howdens has designed our kitchen effortlessly! Nothing was too much trouble for her. Despite making several changes to the layout of our kitchen and measurements, she was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. We would, without a doubt recommend anyone who is planning on changing or fitting a new kitchen to get in touch with Ms Ducker to be guaranteed an amazing design, whereby she can provide you with some useful constructive advice and her knowledge and clear expertise is valuable. We thank her for all her help and her time spent making changes in and out of meetings with us. We are looking forward to seeing our new kitchen being fitted soon.

I came back to Finchley after a pause and this year the customer service was much better. I ordered some doors which arrived on the next day and the delivery team were really helpful and carrried the doors inside and left them flat in the floor, which is important - storing doors in the correct way - I also had a positive experiece with Dan with a design visit and I am looking forward to the quote and to continue dealing with this branch. I have a few more purchases to make and I am sure they will help with selection of hardware items such as doors ironmomgery etc

I have been working with the Finchley branch for a long time. All the staff are very helpful, prompt and always polite. In particular Trafford, Sam and Danny who I work with on many occasions are all very professional, knowledgable and genuine people. I always have a great experience.
