Super service - poor kitchen

I can’t fault the team at Flitwick all super helpful and attentive. the kitchens however are among the worst on the market these days. Particularly the carcasses which have the thinnest melamine covering and edging. Cheap draw runners & hinges. With all the new kitchen companies out there you need to up your game!

From From Dino, to the design, to completion I highly recommend Howdens

From the outset, Howdens were reliable and professional. Dino visited our house and shortly after mailed us a design through for a new kitchen. He made use of every space in the design and we accepted this. We also used one of the many kitchen fitters suggested by Howdens (Steve Northwood). The units are now in place and we're just waiting for the worktops to be fitted. Having heard horror stories about other kitchen manufacturers I'm so glad we used Howdens - there were a couple of minor changes during the build that required a change in unit sizes - these were picked up the next day. From Dino, to the design, the delivery and adaptability of changes to the quality of the units and appliances I highly recommend.

Had to come back twice to collect my…

Had to come back twice to collect my oder. First time, when I places an order in store I was asked to collect few days later. When I came back the order was not even placed and no one knew anything about it. So I ordered again. Came back on a day I was asked to collect, again, no much luck. Very poor attitude and service in Letchworth Store

Brilliant Customer Service from Sam

We're doing a big remodel of our downstairs, and the kitchen was something we felt quite stressed about, until we met Sam. He measured the kitchen and sent over a design proposal that we instantly liked. When we met him in the office to finalise the details, he patiently listened to our ideas and with a few tweaks created the perfect design. He also helped immensely with choosing the materials, design, finishes, surfaces: everything. What we thought was going to be a bit fraught ended up being easy thanks to his professionalism, expertise and advice. Sam has also been patient and accommodating with a few small appliance changes we made since, and has always responded to emails and kept in touch. So, thank you Sam, we couldn't have asked for more!

Deborah was brilliant when I went to open the account and then all the other staff from point of order to collection of the goods have been exceptional.
