Bad attitude towards customers after service, Measurements where wrong, items were delivered damaged, incorrect items were delivered, and the attitude of the manager, was, not my problem. Never again

Disappointed

I’m really disappointed with the service at Howden’s Folkestone. We had a staff member named Tish come out to measure up for a kitchen, and unfortunately, the measurements were incorrect. When my customer politely went back in to the shop to ask if Tish could revisit and re-measure, she was met with a dismissive response. Tish insisted that with her 15 years of experience, she couldn’t possibly be wrong and refused to come back out. This attitude not only caused inconvenience but also led to a loss of earnings on my side because the incorrect measurements delayed purchasing the kitchen. my customer has now chosen to go with another company with the fitting included,Everyone can make a mistake, and good customer service means being willing to rectify the issues. Really disappointed.

I've used Howdens for years now and…

I've used Howdens for years now and always received a helpful and great service, especially from the girls on the counter and the lads in the yard. When some items I need aren't in stock they either look on the system for a nearby stock or get a rapid delivery, they double check stock just incase on the racks or in the yard. Never a fault

The customer experience is excellent, with the staffs friendlyness and ability to help being second to none. We regularly have kitchens, doors, smoke seals and iron mongery for rented accommodations, Howdens provide quality products at a competitive prices

The staff are extremely helpful in finding the best materials for your project, even if they haven’t an item you want they will tell you the closest Howdens were you can pick it up, also the ability to hold materials online for a set period of time is excellent
