Very un helpful lady on the counter was rude, rolled her eyes, manager did not want to help with my issue refused to see me, was told she was to busy and was doing figures. Later down the line I have found out this is a common occurrence at Folkestone the managers name is Becky I believe. Would never use again stay clear !!

Exemplary customer service from the moment I walked in!! In spite of having our main account with a North London based Howdens, Shannon was so helpful from dealing with my query, sorting out a quotation and place holding a delivery - all within half the time I would normally spend! As well as the superlative in store service, the online follow up and comms was just as amazing! Such a joy to know that there are still stores which employ friendly efficient and knowledgable staff - but still offer good value for money Finally the delivery team were just as brilliant .. made my remote project plans go like clockwork! Super impressed with all at Folkestone Howdens .. High Five guys!!

Very helpful caring company

Very helpful caring company . All the people I came across certainly knew what they were talking about . I consider it is fair pricing and generally good terms . I had delivery of part kitchen to kind of match in with what is there and again delivered on time helpfully and carefully unloaded . Will definitely use them again .
