Howdens great - quartz worktop company not

This is a tricky review to write. Howdens were fantastic. First class service, great team, really good quality and good prices. However, I couldn't give 5 stars and I could have given 3 stars, all because of the company they use to do the quartz worktop. This may just be local to me but that side of it all was terrible. The templater uses lasers to measure it and he got it wrong. It was then trimmed on site but the fitters were desperate to get out. The hob wasn't tested in its gap so when the electrician tried it the next day it didn't fit perfectly. The fitter left chalky marks all over my new kitchen. It's now 10 days since it was fitted and we're still waiting on reassurance it's fine. Howdens - find another quartz worktop company in our area.
