Poor customer service once paid

Really poor customer service once the kitchen is paid for. The kitchen looks nice but it isn't built for longevity. 12 months on cracks in the paint work. During the process of work being carried out, alot of errors were made by Adam and never apologised. I didn't do a post because I'd hoped the kitchen being done would make me forget about the constant stress Howdens put us through and the money we lost out on on paying for workers when the kitchen hadn't even been delivered (despite being promised ). Then there were a lot of parts missing on another 3 more occasions. Now awaiting to replace parts 12 months later but no response from Adam. Don't know why I am surprised. Never had these problems with IKEA on my previous kitchen.

Abosulete nightmares again with Salford…

Abosulete nightmares again with Salford mancherster. Very rude girl on the phone, put the phone down on me 3 times, then assistant manager is an absolute idiot and doest have basic customer service training. Could not handle complaint. First delivery I was expecting all the kitchen but got only 4 units , then had to call over 50 times to get through to somebody. Got the rest of my kitchen 4 days later, without the worktops. I had to literally beg for decent service.

I use howdens garrets green at least…

I use howdens garrets green at least twice a week. They are always happy to help. Staff superb, I order day before for collection always waiting for me following morning. Today they have had a power cut and instead of my lads loosing time they are dropping kitchen to job for me over 20 mile away. There’s a lesson to be learned treat people with respect and understand the problems they face and the staff will bend over backwards to help. Garrets green in my opinion best depot in country 👍🏻
