Outstanding service from a quality team…

Outstanding service from a quality team of open honest people who seem to love their jobs and assisting you . It seemed to be driven by the manager Lawrence as he was the first person we spoke with when we entered . He spoke with us and was very upbeat ,knowledgeable and friendly. He then got Ahmed ( brilliant guy ) to look after us , Actually felt like a family business. We’ve been looking for a kitchen and been to a few places ( was actually quite drained by the process’ elsewhere feeling they were giving you what they wanted and we actually thought about putting it off ) Got our new kitchen from Lawrence and Ahmed the one we wanted . Thank you once again

We’ve just recently purchased our kitchen from Howdens at Kinning park. I don’t tend to leave reviews but I feel the service received from Ahmed and Lawrence was so exceptional that I want others to know how delighted we are. They’ve made the process so smooth and even though we changed our mind half way through on the design, nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Thank you! 5 star service 🌟

A quality product with excellent service

Ahmed who designed our new kitchen was extremely professional and courteous all through the process. The kitchen was delivered and fitted within 2 weeks with absolutely no issues. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Howdens

The after sales service

The after sales service, admittedly I was late in getting back to them but this being my second kitchen from them I was upset to be left with £140 worth of handles that were useless to me. I appreciate that today every penny saved is about survival, but it's a lot to lose. Moral of the story ... and I should have known this, as I had to replace the handles on my first kitchen too as they didn't stay the course despite being super expensive... buy your handles on Amazon!!, got 16 today for £12 ... have had them before so know they work and they look great.

Excellent Service

Duncan has been extremely professional throughout the process; from designs, showing us various options in the showroom and organising delivery. There was also slight confusion over a couple of items, which .was immediately sorted, within minimal fuss.

Excellent designer Magda

Excellent designer Magda. We initially attended another branch and had issues with quote, measuring and design. Quote came back incorrect several times. Contacted Magda and attended for an appointment here. She was extremely helpful, very quick and so professional. She put us at ease instantly and fixed all previous issues easily. Would highly recommend as she is very good at her job!

Kinning park is the first howdens branch my business have been affiliated with and I can’t stress enough how amazing Tam, Duncan, Willie, Magda, Sean and the rest of the staff have been. Helpful, amazing communication and attentive to our needs. Amazing work guys.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens Kinning Park. From the outset, Lawrence was fantastic in his communication, enthuthiasm and creativity to ensure our new kitchen met our exacting standards. He made the entire process straight forward, and based on previous experiences with a range of other kitchen companies, we cannot recommend Lawrence and Howdens highly enough. Customer service, After Sales and attention to detail are only a few of the highlights of our experience. Would not hesitate in purchasing another kitchen from Howdens, our finished kitchen is amazing and the quality of the products from Howdens is superior to any of their competitors.
