Excellent designer Magda

Excellent designer Magda. We initially attended another branch and had issues with quote, measuring and design. Quote came back incorrect several times. Contacted Magda and attended for an appointment here. She was extremely helpful, very quick and so professional. She put us at ease instantly and fixed all previous issues easily. Would highly recommend as she is very good at her job!

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens Kinning Park. From the outset, Lawrence was fantastic in his communication, enthuthiasm and creativity to ensure our new kitchen met our exacting standards. He made the entire process straight forward, and based on previous experiences with a range of other kitchen companies, we cannot recommend Lawrence and Howdens highly enough. Customer service, After Sales and attention to detail are only a few of the highlights of our experience. Would not hesitate in purchasing another kitchen from Howdens, our finished kitchen is amazing and the quality of the products from Howdens is superior to any of their competitors.

I asked three times to have someone…

I asked three times to have someone measure for initially a utility room and will also be a kitchen later on on a house we are renovating. Two different branches I asked and am still waiting. I dealt with Howdens almost 20 yr ago when they opened the first Scottish branch. The managers now are not interested! Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. Moved to Glasgow in December 2022 and…

Moved to Glasgow in December 2022 and found myself at Howdens Kinning Park looking for a kitchen. I spoke with Boab!! who was a top guy and he introduced us to Lawrence who said he would pop out the next day. Lawrence came out measured up and designed the kitchen in 24hrs. These guys are the real deal made us feel relaxed and nothing was to much bother to them. My wife was particular in here choice but Lawrence held our hand right through the process and was only a phone call away. Kitchen arrived within 5 days start to finish customer service at its best.

Howdens Kinning Park

Visited the branch at Kinning Park on the off chance I could get a brochure as I thought it was trade only. Spoke with Laurence who was very helpful and set up an appointment to measure my kitchen and start planning. Within a day he had designed my kitchen on computer and then allowed me to make changes that I required to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. After making some alterations he showed me on screen what my kitchen could look like. I was very happy at this stage and have decided to order the kitchen. I've been told that everything will be in the warehouse within a fortnight. I am now in the process of getting a kitchen fitter and within the space of 3 weeks from start (not even knowing what I wanted) to finish my kitchen should be fitted and fully functioning. I'd recommend 100%.
