Obtaining the product I needed

Obtaining the product I needed was fine, but it took twice as long to get out of your store, with all the rigmarole of of checking my name, my number plate and my van was parked up the road, then a signature , I tread to think if their was four or more customers in front of me would I go some where else🥴
