My words alone cannot express…

My words alone cannot express how amazing Howdens were with their delivery, communication, cooperation and commitment to high standards for my new kitchen. I am genuinely astounded! I had previously tried working with Wren, but unfortunately their service and promises did not meet the mark. I also tried Smile Kitchens, but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through and felt that other customers were being prioritised. Their delivery times were also around 5–6 weeks, pushing everything much closer to Christmas, when I already had a deadline and had arranged time off to have the work completed. I finally settled on Howdens. Although they primarily operate business-to-business, I was fortunate enough to know exactly what I wanted, particularly as someone with a disability who needed specific features to support my independence and help with pain management. Howdens delivered my kitchen within just two weeks. My carpenter worked extremely hard to complete everything, particularly as the project became much more complicated than expected. During the work, a leak was discovered, which resulted in me having to replace the hardwood flooring across the entire ground floor. I also had a completely new circuit board fitted and the kitchen rewired to accommodate the additional appliances being installed. Throughout all of this, the Howdens delivery team never wavered. Whenever I needed additional parts, or when a door needed replacing because the wrong size had been supplied, they responded quickly and efficiently. I am immensely grateful to my carpenter for doing such a fantastic job, and Howdens were truly exceptional in delivering on their promises. My kitchen was delivered and fitted in time for Christmas — just four weeks in total: two weeks for delivery and two weeks for fitting. My dream has finally come to fruition, and I now have one of the most beautiful kitchens I could have imagined. I genuinely cannot stop looking at it! The quality is excellent, and all of the cupboards arrived fully assembled. With my blue kitchen, brass hardware and hot-water tap; which has been an absolute game changer, I could not be happier. I would 100% recommend Howdens.
