Gravesend Store

I used the Gravesend store to plan and build my kitchen design. Emma the Kitchen Designer was brilliant, she was thorough, provided great communication and even made last minute changes to the design with short notice. I was also recommended the builder I used through Howdens which made the whole process seamless! I now have my dream kitchen. Thank you to all the staff at Howdens Gravesend, for their friendly approach and prompt address to all my needs.

Gravesend brach is unbelievably professional. Never busy to help or serve, always available and replies to emails ( including silly inquiries) are being done instantly. Super great customer service. No issues with returns. Always helpful and the design and technical team are always available. Deliveries are in a good time frame. Lauren made my account open in minutes and my credit limit was increased without me even asking. Very pleased with my experience and The team is all very dedicated, especially Lauren.
