Mis measurement

After measuring wrong and saying they measured to an imaginary line that I had NOT marked. Their surveyor came out and the wall in question was shorter than the units leaving a 6mm overlap which isn't how it should look. All they have done is say that my fitter has come up with a solution which in the end was unable to be done and when asked for solutions, they simply say it's not down to them even though the measuring was wrong. Yes I had a big rant at them because it's my house that looks wrong but was told they don't have deal with the end user as it's trade accounts only. I'd have given 1 star but the kitchens are actually good quality but the service is shockingly bad. Dismissing any responsibilities with blame.

Awesome service

I actually travel out of my way to use the Gorleston branch of Howdens. Always made to feel welcome no matter how small or big the order. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and a great sense of humour. First class service.

Somerleyton Hall is a stately home in Suffolk. We have used Howdens Great Yarmouth for 2 decades. Second to none for service. Everyone from Louise,Ann Marie, Sian,Max the list goes on on. Staff are exemplary. The service we get is pure customer focused, made even more of a rarity because of its consistency.

Very easy to order online and collect in local depot. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Staff have a great knowledge of products and can offer advice and assistance both to ourselves and customers we ask to visit the showroom.
