Great Customer Service

This is a review for Charlie from Howdens in Greenock. My husband and I went in to buy some kitchen wall units and some accessories and Charlie served us. He was so helpful, friendly and polite and went above and beyond. We need more people like Charlie on Customer Services, as it’s very hard these days to find someone like him!! Great Customer Service

My husband and I visited Howdens in Greenock on Thursday 23rd April to purchase some kitchen Doors, Plinths and Cornice. We were served by John and he was polite and friendly and really helpful. In a time where good Customer Service is so hard to find, Howdens have certainly got it right!! Thank you John!!
