Very unsatisfacory service

I received an invoic/receipt for an item that I didn't order. I hadn't bought from Howdens for a long time, they simply used my details for a purchase that I knew nothing about. When I enquired about this It was treated as a bit of a joke by the person answering the phone. I got the feeling that because it was for a small amount of money that this was something that wasn't really an issue. Very unsatisfacory service.

HOWDENS GREENOCK

HOWDENS GREENOCK Called for a kitchen quotation unfortunatley was way out of my budget - feel like i wasted there time - this was impression i felt had a quote from them and Wren - wren alot cheaper but still expensive IMO - decided to leave it however few months later called to purchase worktops and splashback and appliances as was going to replace these and paint my current doors for affordability - called 4 times and was promised a call back - still waiting on this ! Terrible service and wont be back Went to B & Q and bought everything i needed job done now and looking great
